Our Mentorship and Leadership Program is designed to connect youth and aspiring leaders with experienced mentors from diverse industries, providing invaluable guidance, support, and insights to help them thrive in their personal and professional journeys.

About IWIM Mentorship Program

Our mentorship program brings together mentors who are industry experts from diverse backgrounds, ranging from finance and technology to healthcare and entrepreneurship. These mentors are passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders and sharing their knowledge and expertise to help mentees succeed.

Connecting Mentorship with Leadership Programs

To ensure the effectiveness of the mentorship experience, IWIM Mentorship Program is directly linked with our Youth Leadership Program and Women Leadership Program. Before being matched with a mentor, mentees are required to participate in either the Youth or Women Leadership Program, depending on their demographic.

How to Get Started:
  1. Enroll in Youth or Women Leadership Program: To become a mentee in the IWIM Mentorship Program, participants must first complete either the Youth or Women Leadership Program to gain clarity on their goals and areas for development.
  2.  Apply for Mentorship: Upon completion of the leadership program, mentees can apply for the mentorship program through our online portal. They will be matched with a mentor based on their goals, interests, and industry preferences.
  3. Begin Your Mentorship Journey: Once matched with a mentor, mentees will embark on a transformative journey of growth, learning, and development, guided by the wisdom and experience of their mentor.
